Tuesday Targets

After Week 4 here are the guys I am targeting in all my fantasy leagues. These are my Tuesday Targets:
QB Matthew Stafford - If you are in need of a QB, Stafford that is owned in less than half of leagues (40.9% rostered). I would even trade for him if you are experiencing injuries at this position. Stafford's value shouldn't be any more than Mike Evans or Kenneth Walker. If you have a surplus at running back or receiver you certainly could offer one for Stafford.
RB Woody Marks - His price is finally high after a 28 point week, but he is still only rostered in 33.4% of leagues. Marks volume has increased every week. Last week he jumped up to 49% of the carries. Now is probably not the time to trade for him, but definitely claim him if he's available.
RB Kendre Miller - Kendre is almost certainly available in your league and is seeing a steady climb in his usage. There are some weak run defenses coming up on the Saints schedule. Kellen Moore has coached some great running backs and while right now, it's Alvin Kamara, the possibility of Kamara being traded this season seems pretty likely. Miller is a stash for now.
WR Darius Slayton - With Malik Nabers on the IR, Slayton is the Giant's number one. With their quarterback switch, you can bet they will be running a lot, but Darius is worth getting. He is only rostered in 3.6% of leagues, but you can bet he will be a popular claim. Grab if you can.
WR Elic Ayomanor. - The fourth round draft pick is the leading receiver for the Titans. The Titans production is not ideal for fantasy, but Ayomanor is worth the claim if you have some holes in your receiver room.
WR Luther Burden III - Burden was on my target list last week as well. He is still only rostered in less than 13% of leagues. I would stash him for now.
TE Brenton Strange - I said it to begin the year and I am still saying it, because he is still only rostered in 20% of leagues. Go get this guy. He is basically the number 2 option for Trevor Lawrence. Travis Hunter is already seeing a decline in offensive snaps. Brenton Strange is almost a lock for 4 catches and will soon get the redzone share.
